Gracie and Kylie's Kindergarten Graduation

Well I can't believe this day is already here! Seems like just yesterday I was rocking them, changing their diapers, and in awe of how tiny and fragile they were. Now they are strong, healthy, happy, smart 1st GRADERS!! The time has flown by! They did so great this year in Kindergarten. They got to stay together for this year only and they loved that. A few months ago I told them they would be separated next year and Kylie cried real tears, I am talking sobbing! It was sad, but I talk about it now and they say it will be fine. They are still catching on to the way it works because the other day I told Gracie what teacher she would have next year and she said OH, Michelle is in that class, she is nice, I will like that and I am like, um no, she will move up to 2nd next year! Anyway,I am so proud of them! We only got a picture of Gracie walking across the stage because we couldn't click the camera again fast enough to get Kylie(Jared was about to throw the camera across the room) and the pictures were so dark in the auditorium. It was a cute ceremony though and they sang My country tis of thee..and did the sign language to it!

Cute Pictures!

Just wanted to share some cute pictures I took last weekend! I thought this picture of Jack in the swing was so funny! Jared put Jack in the backpack for the first time and he loved it and fell asleep in it! Now Jared wants to put him in it all the time!

Way to go Jared!

On Saturday Jared graduated from TCU!! I am so proud of him. It was not easy for him to work full-time, go to school full time for 4 years and parent 4 kids as well. He sacrificed so much to finish school. The first 2 years of college he was on the Dean's list and had a Dean's scholarship! Isn't that amazing? I wish I had as much perseverance as he does! His degree is a Bachelor in Business Administration. I gave him a small party afterwards, I wish I had more pictures of that but I was busy being the hostess! It turned out really well and we had a good time. Be praying for him as he interviews with some companies and is looking for a new job!

Happy Mother's Day!

Just wanted to wish each and every one of you a Happy Mother's Day! I hope your husband's and children's make the day extra special for you. My Husband got me a pink TCU shirt that I really wanted, I love it AND the best gift (the one that I asked for) was to sleep in!! YEAH!! I did have to wake up to feed the baby but went right back to sleep, I was so tired! We also went to ride the miniature train and to Macaroni Grill to eat! It was a fun day! On mother's day I stop to think about my role as a mother, I can't imagine my life without any of my sweet children. I love this job so much, it has the greatest reward's. What did you all do for Mother's day?

Baby Jack

Baby Jack just turned 3 months old!! He is getting so big! We just got him a bumbo seat, these are new little chairs that they can sit in before they are even sitting up. He is not to sure about it yet, his head wobbles around a lot in it. I just did a big mommy no-no and started him on cereal earlier than recommended but he is such a little piglet that I thought he was ready. He did really good with it and I had to cut him off! How can babies eat that stuff, yuk!! It's amazing how the more kids you have the more you ignore all the "rules". I don't think I have read a single baby book since I have had him! He is such a sweet baby, so laid back and easy!
